  • A: Simply browse our collection, select the watch you like, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready to check out, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?
  • A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods as listed during checkout.

  • Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
  • A: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@watchesgarage.com. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

  • Q: How can I check the status of my order?
  • A: You can check the status of your order by logging into your Watches Garage account or using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

2. Shipping

  • Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
  • A: We use FedEx for all shipments. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • Q: How long does shipping take?
  • A: Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 3 business days within the United States. For international orders, delivery times may vary based on the destination.

  • Q: Do you ship internationally?
  • A: At this moment, we are not shipping internationally, outside the USA.

  • Q: Can I track my order?
  • A: Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package through FedEx’s tracking service.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Q: What is your return policy?
  • A: We offer a 14 day return policy for unworn watches in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@watchesgarage.com. For more information, visit our Refund and Return Policy page.

  • Q: Can I exchange a watch for a different model?
  • A: Yes, exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in new and unused condition. Contact us at contact@watchesgarage.com to start the exchange process.

  • Q: Who pays for return shipping?
  • A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a wrong or defective product).

4. Products & Warranty

  • Q: Are all your watches mechanical?
  • A: Yes, Watches Garage specializes in mechanical watches, including automatic and hand-wound models. We focus on quality timepieces under $250.

  • Q: Do your watches come with a warranty?
  • A: Yes, all of our watches come with a 1 (one) year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

  • Q: How do I care for my watch?
  • A: To ensure your watch lasts for years, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, strong magnetic fields, or harsh chemicals. Regular cleaning with a soft cloth is recommended, and water-resistant models should be checked annually to maintain their water resistance.

  • Q: Are the watches water-resistant?
  • A: Most of our watches are water-resistant to varying degrees. Each product page will specify the water resistance rating (e.g., 5 ATM or 50 meters). However, we do not recommend submerging watches unless they are specifically designed for diving.

5. Accounts & Promotions

  • Q: Do I need to create an account to place an order?
  • A: No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping information, and receive updates on special promotions.

  • Q: How do I create an account?
  • A: You can create an account by clicking the “Sign Up” button on our homepage and providing your email address and password.

  • Q: How can I hear about promotions or new products?
  • A: Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram or Facebook to stay updated on the latest releases and exclusive promotions.

  • Q: What if the watch I want is out of stock?
  • A: If a watch is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it becomes available. Simply click the “Notify Me” button on the product page and enter your email address.
