We ship to the United Sates of America and aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

JAMS’ rules will govern the allocation of arbitration fees and costs. Each party is responsible for their own legal fees unless otherwise required by law or the arbitrator’s award.
No Class Actions:
You agree to resolve disputes with Watches Garage on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
Exceptions to Arbitration
You or Watches Garage may bring claims in small claims court if the claims qualify. Additionally, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
By using this Site or purchasing products from Watches Garage, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
